Dreamchasers Technologies (DSL) is dedicated to empowering organizations through technology and innovation. We work with SMEs, Firms, Associations, and NGOs, offering solutions that simplify operations and connect communities. We are also expanding into AI, Cyber Security, Digital Transformation, Big data and Event/Media services.
This 3-month internship program dubbed The Dreamstars Hub is designed to provide young, passionate individuals with hands-on experience in technology, research, and business support—while contributing to impactful projects with real value.
- Duration: 3 Months (with potential extension or full-time opportunities based on performance).
- Location: Dar es Salaam (hybrid: office + field research + remote support).
- Stipend: Modest allowance to cover transport and meals.
- Commitment: 20–30 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities - Interns will be placed across teams and assigned tasks in the following areas:
- Website & App Development • Support the development, design, and maintenance of company and client websites. • Assist in updating content, improving UI/UX, and optimizing performance. • Explore integration of third-party tools and plugins.
- Market Surveys & Intelligence • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. • Prepare reports and insights to support business decision-making. • Assist in developing data-driven strategies for market entry and growth.
- IT Support & Maintenance • Provide basic troubleshooting and technical support for internal systems. • Assist in maintaining office IT infrastructure (software updates, hardware checks, connectivity). • Document IT support processes and knowledge base for team use.
- AI Certifications & Workshops • Enroll in our AI+ certification programs to build future-ready skills. • Support the planning and delivery of Dreamchasers’ AI workshops. • Apply AI tools to real projects (research, websites, productivity). • Capture and share learnings through reports, guides, or demos.
Learning Outcomes - By the end of the program, interns will have gained:

Qualifications
- • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- • Basic knowledge of website technologies (HTML, CSS, WordPress, or similar).
- • Strong analytical and research skills.
- • Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
- • Good communication and teamwork skills.
