Project Overview
Huawei had just set up shop in Tanzania and needed a world-class data center at its head office, TANHOUSE, off Bagamoyo Road - Dar es salaam. The scope included structured cabling for LAN, VoIP, CCTV, and Wi-Fi access points—all linked to the data center on the second floor with Administration and Operations on the fifth and tenth floors respectively.

Final results
The DSL Technical Infrastructure Team managed the entire project from inception to commissioning within 90 days, between November 2016 and January 2017. The team met Huawei’s strict deadline and stringent SLA requirements (covering hardware and network-related accessories) while ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 and Huawei’s internal security standards.

This project was one of our very first since inception and most challenging yet but we managed to demonstrates our capacity to execute large-scale, mission-critical ICT projects in Tanzania, combining technical excellence with reliable local service delivery.
