The Project Overview
In 2023, Dreamchasers Technologies successfully developed and delivered a WebApp CRM System for the Montessori Community of Tanzania (MCT). The solution was designed to streamline membership management, training schedules, payments, and communication across MCT’s growing community of associate schools, teachers, and institutions. The project also integrated a mobile application (Android & iOS), enabling members and coordinators to easily register, subscribe, and engage with MCT programs.
The Challenge
MCT faced several challenges in managing its expanding network of members and training centers, including:
